Objectives
  • Accelerate scientific communication and method exchange.
  • Form international collaborations and project teams.
  • Improve research quality through expert discussion and feedback.
Audience
Early-career researchers, graduate students, postdocs and research teams from universities, institutes, hospitals, tech companies and research infrastructure organizations.
Thematic Scope
Topics are set on demand and specified for each meeting. The approach is interdisciplinary, including projects at the intersection of natural, technical, medical and social sciences.
How It Works
  • Announcement and registration for the upcoming meeting
  • Access link sent one day and one hour before the start
  • Talks and discussion with documented follow-up actions
  • Materials published afterwards (subject to speaker consent) and calls for working groups
For Speakers
Submission package: title, 150–200-word abstract, 5–7 keywords, affiliation, position, contact e-mail, preferred month; link to a preprint/publication if available
Selection criteria: novelty or practical relevance, transparent methods, proper citations and verifiable conclusions
Meeting Format: 75–90 minutes: short opening, keynote or short-talks session, moderated discussion, and documented next steps
